This year’s Creative Expressions Festival took place on Saturday, June 17th from 12-4pm on the private parking lot of Action for Healthy Communities (10578 113 Street). We had the distinguished guests: The Honourable Amarjeet Sohi, Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, MP for Edmonton Mill Woods as well as Linda Duncan, MP for Edmonton Strathcona. In addition, CTV news came out to cover this event for AHC. The fun-filled day includes many live performances from AHC’s Latin American, African, Asian, and European communities. There were also plenty of activities happening such as face painting, art activities, and even a free consultation from a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, Dr. Stevenson Xutian.
