Important: When connecting to our virtual AGM please type your first and last name to allow hosts to easily identify your attendance. Members who attend the AGM by telephone will not be able to vote for motions.

➔ Upon entering our virtual meeting, you will be placed in a waiting room, where a host will let you into the meeting.
➔ Please note, your microphone and camera will be turned off by default. We kindly ask you to keep your microphone muted and camera off during the event.
➔ The Zoom chat will remain open to allow members to type in any comments or questions
➔ Members will have the opportunity to vote for motions through Zoom’s online polling feature. This feature is not available to those who will dial-in to the meeting by telephone.
➔ Please note, our AGM will be recorded for internal purposes only.
