The Community Helpers Program (CHP) is a FREE interactive program for youth and young adults (18–29) who are natural leaders or want to become one. Through the program, you’ll learn to support peers, promote mental wellness, and connect with community.
- 📅 Program Duration: March to December 2026
- 🧠Training: 8–9 weeks of weekly 2-hour sessions + monthly check-ins (1–2 hours each)
- 💻 Format: In-person and online
- 🎓 Completion Benefits: $450 honorarium and a Community Helper Certificate from Primary Care Alberta
